Love need to speak out loudly

Today is my father’s birthday,today , my father is 51 years old.
I can’t go home celebrate the birthday of my father. I give him a telephone and say”I LOVE YOU”for him.
Chinese people always don’t say “I LOVE YOU ”for ours relatives，we usually say“eat good, dress warmly,don’t smoking,take care of yourself,and so on…like this”to each other.We often hide our emotions.
This is the first time I say “I LOVE YOU”to my father,I hope I can always say it,not only give money for them!
